So where are the indictments to those behind this uncivilized behavior? Throw the book at a few of those in this video and maybe you might have a degree of deterrent!
Any rational and reasonably objective person knows the problem. A racial group with an average IQ a full 15 points below the white norm, with far less impulse control and a far greater propensity to commit violent crime.
