I just opened the carton of Eggland’s Best Cage Free large brown eggs and they are coated with an oil type substance ?? I washed 4 of them and hard boiled them. 2 out of the 4 the shells were cracked and egg whites leaked out of the cracks and cooked outside the egg in the water ??? I have been Boiling eggs for about 80 years and have never seen eggs like this. When boiling the water was foaming ??? WHY THE OILISH COATING ???
